Trail Description Sand hill pines and assorted oaks grace the rolling terrain in and around the area mid way between the Apex and Black Prong trail heads. Trails from the farm to a new unnamed trail head and around neighborhoods leading to other Forest tracts.
Best Time to Visit fall, winter or spring; or early morning in the summer
Times to Avoid Goethe Forest hunting season for deer or hog
Campground Private camping with water and electric only. 6 paddocks accommodate 1 to 3 horses each, 6 stall barn with 12x12 box stalls, water, lights, electric + tack room. Completely fenced property is in an area that has spectacular stars at night and is very quiet and peaceful.

 Challenging (Possible rocky, uneven surface, steep slopes, uncleared trails, faster flowing streams and other obstacles that lead to more difficult riding for rider and horse)
