Trail Description Trails along the Buffalo National River are very scenic and photogenic. Relive the pioneer spirit as many of the trails take you by the old farm steads where many still living in Newton county today were raised. Trails lead you close to many waterfalls coming off the mountains. Enjoy the many river crossings from the back of your horse.
