2 lakes stocked with bass,cat,perch and croppy.Only electric motors if launching a boat. Multiple ponds thru out property. 2 Pavillions with bathrooms for public use. Hook ups coming soon. BBQ pits in some areas. Concrete slab, picnic tables located at main site. Plenty of trailer space. |

| Directions |
1 mile west on hwy 21 from fm2818. Turn right on to Pleasant hill Rd (just before the train bridge). Go approx 1 mile and turn left in to bright red cattle guard, and proceed to the first building you see. From Sandy point Rd turn left onto Pleasant hill rd and proceed approx 1 mile and turn right into the bright red cattle guard. Please call ahead before coming. |
