Trail Description Located on the Flint River System one of the last remaining WILD River systems remaining.Over 270 miles of natural unaltered free flowing wild river
Best Time to Visit any time event is planed, or reservation is made
Times to Avoid
Campground What we lack currently in RV hook ups we more than make up for with eunique camping sites. Located near either streams, lake or river bank. Spread over 1300 acres many are primitive Indian fields clears hundreds of years back. History is here. Walk the Grays ferry Wagon Road travel by civil war soilders. See the Gary Ferry lying in 3 to4 feet of water when conditions are good. Vist the moon shine still,1840 structure used as a tavern, store of way station.

 More Difficult (Moderate hills over consistent surface; possibly some narrow trails and short steeper slopes) 
 Rigorous (Easy to More Difficult for rider but physically challenging for horse such as on a level surface through deep sand) 
 Challenging (Possible rocky, uneven surface, steep slopes, uncleared trails, faster flowing streams and other obstacles that lead to more difficult riding for rider and horse)
