Trail Description At The Farm, a vacation with your horse isn’t filled with work; it’s filled with quality time spent with your best friends, whether that be people or horses. After a home-cooked breakfast, your horse will canter you through trails that go past green fields, trickling brooks, and wild forest. Ride out to visit the buffalo. Our rural gravel roads and local trails plus trails in the Chequamegon National Forest will keep you busy exploring Northern Wisconsin nature. After a fun day of riding, come home to “The Farm” where a Finnish dinner, comfortable, cottage-like cabins, and a steam in the traditional Finnish Sauna are waiting for you. Because we provide breakfast and dinner with your lodging, your job is to spend quality time with your horse in our Northwoods surroundings. Come and explore "The Farm" on horseback!

Campground If you wish to camp while visiting The Farm, we are more than happy to accommodate you. We charge a camping fee of $25.00/day and a stall fee of $10-15.00/day. There is also a facilities charge of $20.00/person/day which includes use of our 35m of trails, fishing ponds, log lodge, scavenger hunt, basketball court, swing set, etc.

 Easy
(Gently sloping or level terrain; trails are groomed or wide open; shallow or no creek crossings. ) 
 More Difficult (Moderate hills over consistent surface; possibly some narrow trails and short steeper slopes) 
 Rigorous (Easy to More Difficult for rider but physically challenging for horse such as on a level surface through deep sand) 
 Challenging (Possible rocky, uneven surface, steep slopes, uncleared trails, faster flowing streams and other obstacles that lead to more difficult riding for rider and horse)
